It would not be wrong to say that the song “Jaalma” from the movie Resham Filili, is one of the most popular song in the history of Kollywood. In fact, it was such a massive hit that it was one of the most watched video/song, that many artists came forward to cover it including a Hindi version as well. Based on the popularity of this catchy number, people had anticipated the movie ‘Resham Filili’ to do good business as well. Finally, the release date arrived. On April the 24th, Resham Filili released, to much fanfare and was one of the most anticipated movie of Kollywood in recent memory. The movie opened across major theaters in the Kathmandu valley and was rendered house full, even on the next day. However, destiny had other plans in store for the investors of the movie, or the people of Nepal. The film RESHAM FILILI based on comedy and social drama genre, featuring Vinay Shrestha, Karma, Kameshwor Chaurasiya and Menuka Pradhan in the lead roles. Resham Filili is produced by Madhav Wagle and written and directed by Pranab Joshi. Resham Filili is produced under the banner of Actor Vinay Shrestha’s production company V Motion Pictures. This is the second venture of Vinay’s production company, VISA Girl being the first.
